LIFT Celebrates #GivingTuesday 2013
Please consider joining LIFT USA on our next adventure, celebrating the 2nd Annual Giving Tuesday event. Thanksgiving marks the beginning of the Holiday Season, and Black Friday & Cyber Monday mark the beginning of gift giving. Now, GivingTuesday (12/3/13) is the start of the end-of-year giving season. 2012 was the inaugural year for Giving Tuesday, which focuses on giving to causes supporting those in need.
LIFT USA will again use social media (Facebook, Twitter and website) to facilitate Giving Tuesday and reach people that are new to LIFT. These gifts support the education, room and board for our LIFT scholars. LIFT needs your support with both donations and getting the word out. Please consider sharing LIFT’s Facebook posts, retweeting our Twitter posts and emailing links to your personal networks. We will be posting daily on Facebook, Twitter and the website thru the next week and sharing the best reasons for supporting LIFT’s efforts.
